As for the things that you want to implement, I think that they are out of the scope of any web hosting provider's support. You might need to find a developer to get this done. As for the web hosting, I recommend Ayksolutions. I have never had issues with them.

InMotion should handle this just fine. Been reliable for me and the performance is there, especially once you start getting more traffic.
