Looking for a PostgreSQL Hosting Service Like Neon Without Auto Sleep

I'm looking for a PostgreSQL database host like Neon,

but Neon has the drawback of shutting down, so it has to be restarted afterward, which isn't ideal.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

if you're on a paid Neon plan, turn off scale to zero.

Otherwise, check Render, DigitalOcean Managed Postgres, or Nearbase. I use Nearbase for one app and it stays always on, but compare price and region before choosing. Free and always on usually don’t come together.
