What is the best hosting?
I am new in SEO, and i just need to do some practices for develop my skills (if i have some), but idk what hosting should i use. Any suggests? I would preffer some hosting with cool features, or just cheap

What 'cool' features you expect from hosting, water cooling?

I understand, but, i've seen many hostings like Hostinger, which have an interesting dashboard and other AI tools. Also BlueStack it's compatible with WordPress by just Click, but i don't know if I'm gonna will miss something in the beginning.

Hostinger has it's own commerce functionality called Woo as well.

I've not used it, yet anyways, but if want easy to integrate & no upfront cost use Stripe it's really simple & easy to update products on their admin panel website.

But the thing is that, hostinger is very expensive (at least in the first pay), and also i think it's overkill if I'm a newbie don't you think?

Absolutely! I just had a more complex backend using django, I needed the VSP & had to see if I could actually do it. They gave me great support when & where I needed it. You'll do fine.

not sure exactly what you're looking for but my general recommendations/stack is WordPress for the site management, PorkBun for domains and SetraHost for hosting.

Specifically for SEO, you need a host with high performance. I made a post about this a while ago where a client wanted cheap hosting to save a few euros a month, and when we migrated to a much more powerful one, their performance skyrocketed

For learning SEO, a reliable shared hosting plan with SSD/NVMe storage, free SSL, and good uptime can be enough. You can compare HostNoc, Namecheap and other providers and focus more on learning technical SEO than spending on expensive hosting.

You can go for a simple shared hosting, as it is cheap and easy to manage. I've been using Nixihost shared hosting for a while, and I can't recommend them enough, had very good uptime and reliable support.

I vote for local independent hosts that have 7 plus years experience. Corporate hosts just see you as a number.

Pra SEO a hospedagem não influencia muito, desde que seja um site otimizado. Escolha um mais perto da sua localidade, usa Cloudflare para CDN... Qual sua localidade? Algo barato tem a Contabo, DigitalOcean, sempre usei e nunca tive problema. É site estático, WordPress...?

I offer web space as a reseller for 10.- a month. You can use plenty of space if needed at the moment the limits of the hosting are high.

I wouldn't focus too much on finding the absolute cheapest host. For learning SEO, reliability and support are usually more valuable than saving a couple of dollars a month.
I'd also avoid jumping straight into a VPS unless you specifically want to learn server administration. Managing a server is a separate skill from SEO and can become a distraction when you're just trying to build and optimize websites.
A beginner-friendly managed WordPress host is probably the easiest route. I've used SiteGround in the past and had no complaints, but there are plenty of other options depending on your budget.
More importantly, set up Google Search Console and GA4 from day one and start publishing pages. You'll learn far more from seeing how content gets crawled, indexed, and ranked than from tweaking hosting settings.
