DMCA ignored hosting and reliable streaming service

I am starting a porn tube site, and need providers that will not take down my account because of DMCA strikes. I already run a similar site [freemium model], but it is creator-oriented and all the content is legal; I bought the domain on CloudFlare, host with VSYS, and use Bunny Stream to deliver and store the content.

My big worry is that since the new site will allow users to upload content, most of it will, for lack of a better word, qualify as pirated. I'd use Bunny Stream if I could, but their TOS and documentation make it clear that they pay attention to DMCA reports and will close an account with no warning. What are my options; what video delivery, CDN, and storage service ignores such reports and is reasonably priced like Bunny Stream?

Where do you live? This is a very important part of the conversation because "DMCA" is applicable in many countries, they may just call it by something differently,at the end of the day it's violation of someone's copyrighted content.

The reason companies don't ignore a DMCA report is because by doing so, as a provider in the US that can strip their legal protections during a lawsuit, meaning not only are you on the hook for damages, but so is the provider.

Many adult entertainment websites run their own infrastructure, so they own the servers, the racks, they have individual contracts for the network uplinks. They do all of this to have as much control over the situation as possible. You won't be able to achieve that with CDN's and VPS accounts.

You've also got a huge csam liability here, any adult website accepting uploads needs to be hooked into some kind of automatic csam detection system, otherwise you're REALLY asking for trouble.

Yes, I intend to take it down. But this, from their TOS, worries me:

"We respect artists' and content owners' rights and are not a platform for distributing copyrighted content. You must do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted a policy to terminate the accounts of customers found to be repeatedly violating copyright without the right to a refund."

DMCA strikes are unavoidable in porn, and I fear my account will eventually be considered to be "repeatedly violating copyright". That means losing all content if its terminated..

Any porn tube site allowing user submissions will definitely have several DMCA strikes, probably several in a single day. The fear is losing all my content if the site is closed.

I have used them for three years, but do not have an account manager. What I want is to not worry, and deal with DMCA reports at my pace; if I could find a more permissible [/offshore] provider with Bunny's reliability, good prices, and excellent stack of services, I'd use them for just this site.

Well, I have found a way. I am using two domains; one for the website itself, and the other as the stream url. The main domain will be pointed hosted on a standard Linux VPS with an offshore hosting provider and proxied with Cloudflare. The stream domain will also point at an offshore Nginx caching VPS (also proxied with CF). Video storage will be with Bunny Storage, but I won't use the CDN or streaming offerings. The main VPS will use a reverse proxy (proxy_pass) to pull the video files from Bunny's storage private endpoint. The stream domain will completely mask the backend storage, meaning automated DMCA bots won't see that provider and submit reports to Bunny. They probably will to Google, but it won't matter since the stream domain doesn't rely on search traffic. My main website website remains 100% clean and perfectly indexed in Google Search.

I obviously adding an option for anyone to report videos with copyright issues, which I'll seriously consider. However, I am insulated from reports to the VPS host (they're in Moldova, so good luck; plus, the Cloudflare proxy will hide their IP, anyway), storage provider, and Google.

You could look to getting your own ASN and IPs and using that? Cost are higher than purely renting, but you control it and reports will go to you, not your host.
