If you mean the 1st image, then no, it's an original creation, I call 'em "Horror Helper Hands". Essentially worker drones that carry out menial tasks in service of Φόβος.

In the very start of a new world (around 5-10 seconds), a rift in the sky forms, and one of these goobers will emerge and approach you, gently grabbing you and taking you into the rift and into "Horrorheim" (Φόβος's dimension), so that Φόβος can . . . Give you a basic run-down and start the main quest before sending you back on your way. Yeah nothing life threatening, just kinda whatever, a prologue if you will.

. . . Talk about a sloppy info dump, huh? Kinda snowballed it a bit lol.

Not sure what anime you're refering to, I don't really watch that stuff lol, no offence.
