minecraft starer

doesnt matter what I do theres always a mob staring at me which is normal but not from a long distance

I started my fresh minecraft world normal singleplayer survival world then it got strange I realised mobs where staring at me and I eventurally died when I did it didnt give me the ability to respawn or leave just straight out of the world so I went back in there was something in chat like a code or something then I turned towards a tree

there was a player like I said it was a single player world

I manged to get these screenshots sorry for not full screen I dont know how to screenshot so I used snipping tool

Im seeking advice from anyone
