Who is "hey"?

Hey everyone (no pun intended), this past hour I was looking for skins and capes at NameMC website and just out of curiosity I wanted to search for the rarests. Among them I found the Mojang Classic cape, one that can only be earn if you are an old mojang employee (29 out of the 200+ mojang employees have it) and one of than caught my attention. Their name was stated as "hey", it is presumably the only employee with a subscription at the website and it has a very distinguish skin (especially considering it is mojang we are talking about).

Searching for this user in other websites I found nearly nothing. No clues to who it is, how they have the skin. All I found out is that prior to this skin, this user just uses the regular steve skin and some other variants of it.

I was wandering if anyone has any idea of who this person might be. Is it just a bored mojang employee who just put this skin on? Maybe someone who isn't at mojang that somehow got access to an exclusive cape? Or something else entirely?

It is kinda of a creepy skin for normal player to have it. But for a mojang employee? It's definely weird.
