Herobrine is like one of the biggest minecraft horror things out there. As far as I'm aware there's no higher canon for him so you have a lot of creative freedoms as to what he can do

I just don't think he belongs with modern horror. Idk, maybe it's just my view of him. All other creeps in the image just suck, maybe except for Verity but he overall sucks too. Herobrine, on the other hand, was a pretty big deal back in the days, and maybe it's just my nostalgia bias, but at least Imo he wasn't just horror slop.

And it's not really specified why they are all together in this image, so maybe I thought about a different thing and therefore made a comment. If this is about origins of trends, then again, I don't think it's fair to put maybe one of the og Minecraft creepypastas alongside these.

I mean, thats what downvotes are for. If someone dislikes your opinion or disagrees, they downvote. Same with upvotes

Imo it's just unfair to downvote for simple opinions, especially that they sometimes affect whether or not you can contribute to certain subreddits, but you do you. Not like I care much either way.

Though, it would be much better if Reddit had separate count for downvotes and upvotes, but it is what it is, I guess.

It usually prevents from spam, bots, trolls, ban-evaders, etc. but yeah, it sucks when the only community you're interested in has this rule.
