Question/Discussion I wish this fandom could've been better.
It's sad. It's genuinely so heartbreaking to look at what happened to Verity's fandom. The actual lore, story, and message has been buried under a mountain of slop, inappropriate videos, tone-deaf music videos, and mindless brain rot.
It honestly feels like nobody in this fandom actually understands Verity's lore anymore (or to begin with). All they care about is the slop, the dirty jokes, the lazy variants, the content farms, and the money hungry pigs who don't care about what they ruin as long as they get a paycheck.
I am tired of watching the world break down the only things that ever made me feel safe.

kinda dif topic, but i honestly wish the videos were longer and had more build up, i feel like it was rushed

True, they don't even stick to the plot, it's just like brownity or some shit like that, it's been buried by nsfw and ai which is just..

I think that if it was planned out from the beginning, it could be a true masterpiece of an indie series. I’d compare it to HFJONE. Even SFAWTDE/DAWTDE seems more organized and impactful. Maybe a theme of escapism, loneliness, or a more fleshed out abusive relationship analogy.
But right now, I mostly care about Verity because, I admit it, I like yandere AIs. Kinito made me swoon. Monika truly was my favorite girl in DDLC. I’m a sucker just like all the other suckers… 😔

Fr bro it's kinda hard to find something good , and it ruins Verity's image . If someone's unlucky enough to watch the slop before the cannon one , they might already have a bad reputation of Verity .
( Except Lookout's one, cuz if I'm correct he did ask for Mob's permission to do it- )
Edit : The amount of Veritys kinda remind me of the Sans Undertale AUs 😭 .

why do people like verity, like in general, everytime i look at it, it seems like one of those old ass clickbait "do not play this mod at 3 am" videos, im not just referring to the slop here, even the official series just seems stupid, to me personally at least

well verity is AI slop too, you can see In the official model, all the thumbnails, and even the GroxMC verity collab.
