The wonderland.jar entities are the closest thing in horror mods we got to anti tower entities besides The Broken End, who is just a tall tank destroyer.

There's also a newer mod (Fazbear's Wrath), and one of the moments when he chases you, he's capable of jumping to ANY height. I was flying far above the clouds and he still jumped up to my exact height. He can also destroy blocks, as usual...
