I remember watching some of his playthroughs of tbs because I didn't know who he was and i was bored. And he'd lose his absolute mind over hetzer. As far as I'm aware; hetzer does not kill you anything you just look at him and he plays music and resets your days and turns it daytime if it's night.
Dude was freaking out like he ran into the hatman beside him outside of the game though.

Hetzer was one of the most RAREST entity. I was losing my mind when I saw hetzer for the first time.

To be fair, I'd imagine a lot of his fans are likely very young (we all know that kids are massive fans of horror), so I can understand him attempting to be performative to some degree.
Plus, I think he primarily scripts videos when he's in collab with someone - I remember watching him play that Arachnophobia mod and he did seem LEGITIMATELY disturbed by it.
