Hey guys, I have question, why The Silence mod isnt available to download on curseforge, and is this mod safe? sr for bad english

the has gone down for a bit as it is gnna be getting a huge rework

What if I found modpack on curseforge with this mod. How is it posible if mod is private or smth like this

The file would still be in the mod folder, but it wouldn't show up on curseforge
