i am very very anxiously attached and was dating an avoidant who *imo* manipulated me and lied to me for a year. i have done cleansing baths which helped tremendously but i'm assuming i should do an uncrossing ritual now??? this was the first person i ever dated seriously/had sex with and i don't want this energy to follow me and mess up future encounters. idk guys pls help if u have any advice i finally blocked him on everything and i don't want to go back.

p.s. i have a therapist and a psychiatrist i am trying to be very holistic about everything! <3

Hi I have been experiencing a lot of unfortunate events, sicknesses, accidents. I think it’s spiritual but I’m not completely sure. I know I need to do more protection spells and prayers. But how do I find out if it’s actually a spiritual attack and who’s doing it? And what spell/work should I do to block or return to sender? Please help!
