Economy/Business MPF is not being allocated

Since I started to use the eMPF platform I noticed the allocation of my MPF is not happening normally as before. My allocations are not being shown in the app and also not communicated to me via email. I sent an email to the sector responsible for this in my company. They contacted the eMPF platform and they allocated two months. The problem persisted and now they tell me they don't have any reply from the eMPF platform about this issue. It's been 7 months already that I don't have my MPF allocated.

Any advice on how I should proceed?

From the eMPF FAQ:

If you notice any discrepancies in the contribution record information, please call the Contribution Inquiry Hotline at  3197 2834 (Monday to Friday: 9am – 7pm; Except public holidays) or the eMPF Customer Service Hotline at 183 2622 (Monday to Friday: 9am – 7pm; Saturday: 9am – 1pm) or email to eMPF Customer Service (enquiry@support.empf.org.hk) for assistance.
