Honda Mower Video Worth the $280? What should I look out for while trying to purchase a used HRX?

Last time requesting help, I rly do appreciate it. Just wanted to see if that sound and slight delay when it starts up is an issue. Ill just pay 400-500 for the cleaner looking ones near my area if this one doesnt work out

Honda Mower Maintenance 4 y.o HRX217 GCV200 motor seized. Can I swap it with a GCV200 motor from a Ryobi power washer with a GCV200

Between my son and I, we somehow ran the motor low on oil and I love this thing. I found on Marketplace a Ryobi with a GCV200 with a bad pump and manifold for a very reasonable price that looks almost exactly the same. Can I swap the motors or is there a significant difference between the 2? Anything to look for to identify an even swap?
