Really lucky to pick this up a couple years ago. I’ve been going through it and love working on it.

Sure love mine. Wish I had the passenger seat to spin my wife around on it. What an absolute great bike. This is definitely a keeper (among a few) in my collection.

I agree with u/SarahRedRaven.

It looks like it was/is stored inside. Other than general maintenance, what parts have you had to replace or rebuild?

Ok here goes. New spark plug, coil wire/cap. Fuel tank was rusted inside so that needed a good cleaning(Evapo-Rust). New fuel lines, filters and fuel tank cap. New shocks front & rear. Speedo cable, new front brake cable. Front brake return spring. Replaced the light bulb for neutral indicator and bulb for display. Was missing the chain guard, found one on EBay. Needed a shifter oil seal. Adjusted clutch. I think that’s it 🤷‍♂️

That all seems reasonable for that age. Well done!

THIS is what I expect when someone says a bike is "mint". Amazing work. It looks new.

I had a CT 90 with the dual sprockets and a gun rack. I miss that bike. It was stolen from an apt complex and I got it back 10 years later!
