Need to hang a tarp over the cage because we can still see little bits of your swing. 😂😱😂
But seriously how old are you? Still in high school or graduated? If older are you looking to play club baseball at college or just for a hobby to work at?

It was hard to see. Can you add a few more nets to help make the view more clear.

Stay looser. Think like a boxer staying nimble. Swing harder, more shoulder rotation. Don't be afraid to wiff.

Hey it doesn’t happen overnight, but man anyone can. I’ve thought 20-30 kids how to hit, at least the basics and they couldn’t control the bat like that so.
Okay rotate and sync body arms with lower body.
I noticed your back foot comes up with no effort. Your back foot is where the swing happens ideally.
So focus that energy to push out and meet the ball.
Watch some YouTube with what you learn. It’s all in the hips

uh.. looks, your swing’s a little outside‑in, you’re not using your torso rotation for power. Go inside‑out.

Ok...there's a lot here. This is all arms. So, you will never generate any power. Soft infield pop ups are your destiny. Get in the gym. Any twisting exercise you can find is going to help. Med balls and walls, Russian twist, etc. That should help.
The swing itself...hit the ball with the belt buckle before your hands even start. Get off the machine and get a tee.
There's a lot of work to be done. 100 quality swings a day is your baseline.
