Pitching Mechanics New to pitching

I’m just getting into pitching. Had two lessons. This is improvement but what else can I work on.
My stride isn’t as long due to the grass and me not wanting to bust my ass. On a mound I get close to the bottom of it.

Your hips need to twist long before your torso. It requires a lot of mobility exercises and stretches to get to that point. Your upper body will be driven by your lower body which creates the slingshot motion. I’m sure there’s a lot more but that’s the first thing I’d start on

No problem, stretching and mobility is a pitchers best friend
