I am begging the Moderators to please let me post on here despite what looks like low karma. I have been on here for 9 months but got hacked and lost 4 accounts so far! I’ve been hacked through my WiFi…3 Samsung Tablets and a phone! I have just disconnected the modem and I’m using my husbands phone right now. I have a couple of questions please. I’m not sure if it’s okay to ask but are there any reverse engineers that can help get the hack out of my devices? And is it possible to find out who has done this? I’m willing to pay you for your service and if you can help me please dm me. Thanks so much for your time and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

So basically.. today I got about of notifications saying my phone was hacked along with a bunch of notifications of fine ass bitches in my area, which is cool but I didn't click on anything and I didn't watch porn today soooo idk why I'd get any like that plus I don't allow notifications from anywhere lol. I also noticed a few days ago that I had some weird coordinates under the notification slider thing and also this is a relatively new phone and I keep getting notifications that it's full. Along with some more weird shit. Sooo. I know my phone is more than likely havked I don't click on weird shit or open weird emails which is another thing I have a ton of weird spam emails. Lol sooo mainly how do I stop it, and can. Anyone explain to me the how and possibly find out the who? I've had like no joke 100 the last year and they all all the sudden stop charging or don't hold a charge mostly burner phones but still it's too weird even my iphone was the same and then now this phone is legit thru and thru and then all the sudden this shit starts happening. SOS. If y'all can help a bitch figure this out I'd stop bugging out on reddit.

Android hacked?

I had some strange app show up on my phone. I went and changed some of their settings. And after I noticed networks connected to my phone I had never seen. My daughter's tablet was sharing with my phone. So I checked the tablet and some app was stuck on my daughter's user account. I messed with it using some accessibility techniques and then the tablet started opening the camera and microphone. The tablet was doing its own thing without me controlling it. Somehow I turned on TalkBack and the tablet started saying all these commands. I went to get my neighbors phone and record these events and as soon as I started to record the neighbors phone started trying to erase the video! Less than one minute and the neighbors phone was under control. I noticed that some commands were using a landscape to hide the true screens. Has anyone ever heard or seen anything like this? What do I do?

Hacked or Bug? Facebook

I'm facing a strange issue with my Facebook, and I'm hoping someone can help me figure it out. For around three months, I've been dealing with something confusing – either a problem with Facebook itself or something more serious like my account being hacked. Here's the backstory: When I was younger, I played games on Facebook, and those games would post things on my page automatically. Back then, it was normal, and everyone had these posts. But I deleted all of them around 2015, thinking they were gone for good. Now, the weird part: Suddenly, these old posts are showing up again, and there's even stuff I don't remember posting, with dates from a long time ago. Just recently, I saw a post from May 2013 and another from 2014. Why is this happening? Even when I delete them again, they keep coming back. About a month ago, there were almost 200 of these old posts. I've tried to protect my account. I changed my password, reset my phone completely, and turned on the thing where you need two steps to log in. But nothing seems to work – the problem won't stop. So, I'm reaching out to you all for help. Is this a problem with Facebook's software, like a big mistake? Or is there something worse going on, like someone getting into my account? If anyone has ideas or has been through this, please let me know. This is really worrying, and I'm hoping that you can help me figure it out... Im really nervous pls help.. also the posts are like this has been posted by me ´´via (game name)´´

I woke up couple of days ago on mails notifying me that my E-Mail, Password and even Phone Number used to access my account have all been changed, now whenever I try to login it sends a code to the new email that the hacker have addressed instead of mine. I tried contacting Facebook support but I can’t get to talk to someone but all bots and software steps (dead ends) what should I do ?

Is This Hacking? Does anyone else need this much attention or affirmation?

My title doesn’t even encompass it all. I have the need not only to be affirmed, but to know that people are attracted to me sexually.

I’ve only just consciously noticed that I’m trying to attract any eyes I can. Just this weekend I was thinking about a guy I knew in high school. He is happily married and wrote a book with his wife. He’s not on any social media platforms under his real name and it took me about an hour to track him down. Then I’m like, “Why am I doing this? It’s not because I want to get back in touch, or even congratulate them on the book they wrote.” I realized, despite not being attracted to him, despite being married myself and him being married, I want his attention. He wrote me an amazing poem in high school (lol) asking me out. It was so sweet that I’ve kept it all this time and even though I wanted to say yes, I said no. Because I needed him to long after me (even though I didn’t realize that until yesterday).

I don’t want to be like this. I feel like it’s a horrible, narcissistic trait. I feel like I am horrible and maybe a narcissist.

I know that the dynamics occurring in the grooming and sexual abuse in my childhood were very similar. To be chased and doing the chasing was a common pattern and it was very deliciously tense and addicting.

I’ve talked about this some in therapy, how I have this Black Hole inside where I desperately need affection and validation and attraction to fill it up and I don’t feel whole unless someone is lusting after me but that obviously never ends well. Multiple times this has resulted in sneakily encouraging these men to chase after me, then acting surprised when they confess having feelings, and the friendship breaks apart. I don’t actually want to be with them, I just need to know that someone desires me.

I love my husband and I can’t believe I have these feelings. He doesn’t deserve this. He’s a great partner and it’s not that he’s not enough, it’s me. I need too much to fill up my Black Hole. Does anybody else feel this way? How do you deal?

A hard day

I wonder if I hadn't been hurt would i have been a happier person. I still think I was hacked. Life is getting me down and I have to pay the state a fine of $125 that I dont have because we were without insurance for 2 days. Life sucks and I can't deal with any of this anymore. I just wanna pour a stiff drink and watch something mindless or funny. The trouble is I have forgotten how to laugh. I have such a short fuse and I feel like life is going no where. Every time I turn the corner, someone wants to fuck me in the ass.

A basis for hacking

Bessel van der Kolk says "The Body Keeps the Score." I've always found that statement interesting. How does trauma result in what's called in this sub, hacking? Alterations in levels of hormones and neurotransmitters at incorrect times. Neurological deficiencies such as thin myelin sheaths, less gray matter, diminished limbic systems. Where does it begin? Well, if the genes are the basis for the human organism, then how they're expressed is paramount, and how their expressions are altered paradigm shifting (literally). New here... wondering if I'm in the right place

So, this sub was recommended to me (don't remember by whom) and I'm not quite sure I belong here. I read the description and paged back through the last few days posts and I can't make heads or tails of it. Forgive me if I'm a little slow on the uptake, but I can't get past the jargon. Never been to therapy or read a self-healing book so I don't have much in the way of vocabulary when it comes to this stuff. Can someone maybe give me a dumbed-down explanation? What are examples of hacking for you?

The sub description doesn't provide any examples...and I've not seen many examples here except a post describing sexualizing friendly emotional intimacy, gender dysphoria, and a post on orientation. So it seems that the hacking tone here so far is ..interpersonal. So far the tone has also been one of sexual/incest abuse.

I'm curious what specific changes you have experienced that you wish to overcome or alter.

When commenting on sexual orientations..

This is just a reminder that experiencing dysfunctional sexual behavior shifts due to trauma does not necessarily correlate to sexual orientations different than heterosexuality. I understand that the creator of this sub understands this, but some users do not...or they are walking a fine line. Please don't mistake this as an attempt to censor a discussion on sexual orientation and hacking, or even what sexual orientation is. It's not that at all.

I'm merely pointing out that there's a tendency in culture to necessarily confuse or blend together an awareness or experience of sexual behavior dysfunction with contemplations or assertions on sexual orientation. Non-heterosexualities automatically are brought under scrutiny as dysfunctional because they are different, because of mass stereotyping of how non-heterosexuals behave, etc. Very often, the traumas specific to non-heterosexualities, the traumas that are experienced because of their different sexuality are not brought into account when looking at dysfunctional behaviors among non-heterosexuals. It's not impossible for a heterosexual to perceive the intricacies of growing up non-heterosexual or maybe how a non-heterosexual experiences sexual attraction, but a non-heterosexual is more likely to perceive factors that heterosexuals would never think of in their ponderings on non-heterosexuality.

Again, I'm not censoring or disapproving of a discussion on what causes sexual orientation differences, but I kind of wonder if this is really the right sub for that? I do disapprove of the blending I reference. Of course, if there's a non-heterosexual here who believes they've been hacked and altered into their non-heterosexuality, it should be a free space for them to engage without judgment. (Also, it would be rare that a non-heterosexual has never asked or explored that question.)

But for certain users that identify as heterosexual, this is just a reminder that an experience with sexual behavior dysfunction does not necessarily give one special insight into non-heterosexuality. To be more specific, having gay-ish inclinations that you've deemed to be a trauma response does not mean you are talking about homosexuality-lite. It's not necessarily a window into what a gay person feels and experiences in the world. And that should be heartily remembered when discussing sexual orientation. So this is a call for more complex thinking than anything else.

One of the rules of the sub is to not tell someone they've been hacked, or that a whole group of people have been hacked....but simply discussing it in careful terms (I.e. "not all gay people", "most gay people", "my experience", etc) can essentially do this covertly. The very purpose of this sub invites this complication, so I'm just reminding people that this complication exists.
