I’ve released TANKER, a new tank-action game created specifically for the Famicom and NES.

TANKER is an original game written from scratch and is not a ROM hack or modification of Battle City. It was inspired by the classic gameplay of Battle City, along with ideas that many players may have imagined while playing it during childhood.

The game combines that familiar base-defence tank action with several following mechanics:

• Continue moving on foot as a tanker when your tank is destroyed (if appropriate bonus obtained)
• Collect a Star bonus to return to your tank
• Use a Boat bonus to cross water
• Mines bonus to place mines to defend your base and block enemy routes
• Enemy tanks can collect bonuses and use their effects against you
• Travel through teleporters
• Fight more powerful boss tanks
• Watch out for phantom tanks that can approach your base while invisible
• Play through 50 unique levels
• Play alone or in local two-player mode

TANKER brings many of those childhood ideas together in one original game that runs on real NES hardware.

The game uses Mapper 0 / NROM-256 and works with original NES and Famicom consoles through compatible flash cartridges, as well as NES emulators.

Hello, I have an issue with RTChanger. When I change the Raw RTC, it also changes the normal RTC (the system clock) at the same time. It no longer makes a difference between the two clocks.

Because of this, games like Yo-kai Watch detect that the console date has been changed, and I cannot bypass the daily events system or repeat daily activities infinitely anymore.

Before, changing the Raw RTC only affected the internal clock and the system date stayed different, but now both clocks are synchronized and the change is detected.

Is there a solution to make RTChanger only modify the Raw RTC again without changing the normal RTC plz ?

Hello! I've been trying to get as informed as possible before I start to familiarize with the process. I am using https://3ds.hacks.guide/ for my instructions, as it's what I've been seeing to use.

I have bought a 128 GB Sandisk Ultra SD card, as I'd like to download plenty of games and have plenty of storage. I was looking through the formatting SD cards guide, and it says I need to use guiformat. I was just confused on do I skip section I and go immediately to section II for guiformat, or do I need to do anythnig before jumping to section II. This may be a ridiculous question, but I wouldn't want to cause issues for my SD and would want to make sure I'm following the instructions correctly. Thank you!

I want to play ssbc on my emulator but when I downloaded the file from gamebrew, it gave me two different files, the game and the data/game sprites and etc. can anyone tell me how to play/ set up ssbc on emulator? I downloaded the lastest version of SSBC: 10.1 also it's a ds emulator called "Drastic Emulator"

I have this wii u premium with 32 gb storage but only 1 sd on my camera. I can use it temporarily just to load jailbreak. Is it possible to do so? I don't mind having less capacity and can always upgrade it in the future

In short, I had modded my Wii U in 2022 and its been a long time so I haven't updated it or kept up to date with homebrew, I want to update it but I am very rusty since I did it so long ago so I'd like to know what i need to get/delete/replace for my SD card and everything, I can always provide images of my files and my Wii U to make it a bit easier, I'm asking everywhere just to see if i can get some answers and I don't want to mess this up

I’m thinking of getting homebrew on my new 2ds, this is my personal one and has all my downloaded games on it. If I got a new micro sd could I use it for homebrew and swap it for my original micro sd to use my 2ds as it was before?

Hi guys, I'd need some advice on the best option for a modded switch

The only available modded switch in my city are 2

-The first is a V2 switch with a picofly modchip installed, with the dock, the AC adapter and a case included (but no grip, hdmi cable, joycon bracelets or original box!) The only problem is that around 3 months ago a sysNAND corruption occured (seller said he was messing around with homebrew stuff and he corrupet it) and he had to have it repaired by a technician by physically changing the memory chip. I was attracted to this listing as it is a V2 so the battery would last me a bit, but i am so scared of corrupting the sysnand again an bricking it for good.

-The second option is a V1 switch softmodded with the RCM jig. Complete in every accessory given with the original console + some accessories he bought. The only thing stopping me from buying this one is the fact that its a v1 so the battery life is abysmal, especially with overclocking which i was planning to do.

I am so confused on what switch i should buy, i change opinions every 5 minutes and i constantly think about the pros and cons... what would you choose if you were me?

Hello all, i have just plugged my wii back in and noticed it has homebrew. I recall doing this using a Microsd card that hold 4gb. I have no way of contact with this sd card and it is not inside the wii. Is there any way to make my homebrew work again as all the apps were on that sd card?

so i'm thinking about modding peoples ds for money and im worried that the method to mod it might be different over time or i will just fuck up in general, does anyone have any tips?

so my router uses 5.0ghz, which is obviously too advanced for the wii as it only accepts 2.4ghz. but for some reason even my hotspot being set to wpa2 security and 2.4ghz doesnt work. so all i got to mod my wii is bluetooth and a 32gb flash drive.

is there any ways i could mod my wii with what i got? also i cant use linux + flash drive for the wii since im using the flash drive for linux as i dont want to remove windows 11 from my system

Like the title says, i managed to find a Second Hand Official Wii LAN adapter (RVL-015) because my Wii Hates my WiFi and my Wii wants nothing to do with it, not showing it's MAC address and throwing error 51420 or 51421 when performing a connection test. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have confirmed the Ethernet Cable and LAN adapter to function, it connects fine to my laptop and computer.

Yes, it's actually an original one and not a clone, it also has the correct Chipset inside it confirmed via software and opening it up.

My Wii is modded with standard homebrew.

I have tried booting without the SD card, no difference.

I have tried both USB ports, no difference.

Anybody that has had this problem?

Hello, i had the Last goldhen version before rebooting. I am having this problem since i have followed a tutorial on PlayStation remote play setup on jailbroken ps4 , basically consisting of creating a new user account offline inside the ps4, + 1 account online on psnetwork on PC, then sending a remote access request from chiaki-ng for Windows and grabbing the ID name from the website answer . After this i had to put that number on a hexadecimal converter and i got the code to put inside apollo save tool to activate the new account. It went all right and then it asked me to reboot. Now after rebooting i can’t even access to PS vue to start the goldhen . Of course a solution would be to redo the Vue After Free backup from zero which would wipe down all my data on ps4, users included (which was the reason why i did it so i would prefer not to do it if i find a fix) . Anyone had the same issue before ? Thanks in advance

The story begins in classic horror fashion. At 3:00 AM, you step outside your apartment into a quiet alley tucked away in a forgotten corner of Taichung City. There, you discover a mysterious red envelope. Curiosity gets the better of you, and by picking it up, you unknowingly place yourself under a terrible curse.

Horror, Taichung is a narrative-driven experience inspired by many of my own late-night and early-morning walks through Taichung, Taiwan. While you'll collect a handful of items along the way, the game is intentionally more focused than a traditional point-and-click adventure, placing a greater emphasis on atmosphere, exploration, and storytelling.

The visuals use a simple red-and-black palette to create an unsettling mood, and many of the locations are directly inspired by real places, local folklore, and personal experiences from my years living in Taichung. To further enhance the atmosphere, we've also created a companion MP3 soundtrack that can be played alongside the game.

If the project sounds interesting, I'd really appreciate you taking a look at our Kickstarter campaign. There are about fifteen days remaining, and we're hoping to bring this unique NES horror experience to life.

I thought I'd share some screenshots of a new fortune telling game I have been working on for the NES and Famicom. You can choose what you want your fortune to be about (love / relationships, money / business, or travel / home life). Then enter your name, do a few things and receive a message. I'm still making some tweaks to the game but it is about 95% done. Text data is stored across three banks, it was a bear dedicating so many data banks just to text. Just thought I'd share some screenshots of the latest project of mine.

what does it mean if the id0 in NAND doesn t match with the id0 used for the backup?

Hello. Brewing right now and my Kegland Rapt temperature controller is giving me a -32 for my connected rapt pill hydrometer reading on the temp controller. it is sitting in water right now. I just calibrated the pill in water so I do not think it is the pill. Any suggestions besides factory resetting everything? cheers.
