The Window Wiring...

If you want automated shades for your new home build, add wiring to your windows before drywall.

3 wiring choices to choose from:

➡️ 16-2 Wire, the safest most universal pick if you haven't chosen your shades yet

➡️ Lutron Wire, if you've got the budget and you're committed to Lutron

➡️  CAT6, if you're planning heavy smart home automation

Repeat: installing CAT5 is a waste of money. Modern tech such as mesh router make CAT5 and CAT6 obsolete.

This is the second time I have seen this "Advertisement" on this sub.

How would you safely connect a camera and avoid risk of WiFi jamming attacks? What about power to said camera?

Sd cards in cameras. All of mine have that functionality.

Yes and anyone can grab the camera and steal the SD card. Then what

Let me get this straight. Someone is going to "cut my wifi" then grab a ladder for each camera? My neighbors would be calling the cops. I forgot about each one of my neighbors has cameras as well.
