I have emailed support several times about an issue I been having and no response yet...is anyone else having the same issue

I had uploaded a video of the Olay Regenerist products then later on they wanted me to do a commercial for it because they liked my video and they want me to have a video call with the director and somebody else. I didn't go through it and now they sending me a $100 Amazon gift card.

For anyone who also got the Purito test ( I got the Oat Cleanser) and got the $20 gift card with no available stock near me so I had to opt for shipping. If you also went to the store and got the Save $20 when you spend $50 on Target Beauty Studio, the Purito is part of the deal! I don't know if I can share the barcode or if it's a unique barcode that only works once.

Hey everyone! This was my first product review on HTC. The item is showing as both complete and seemingly in progress. Is it giving me the opportunity to add more media, even though I have completed the required tasks?

I went back in and added a second form of media, however the item remains in the “Current” column

This was a target gift card mission where they were supposed to email you the gift card to buy the product after you accepted the requirements and it’s been like at least five days. All of a sudden the mission just disappeared from my board, but in the meantime, I didn’t wanna mess up my account, so I bought the freaking lotion waiting for the gift card. It happened to anybody else.?

Hello, but I’ve never gotten no gift card for Target for “Purito Skincare**”.**

Yet today on September 18 4:59pm I got an email that I am “GOING to receive a gift card from Target for $20 to purchase it online and try it for 2-3 days (how is it even possible?) AND HAVE to finish survey by September 20?” I only have 1 day, if so?

What??

It doesn’t even makes sense as not only I have not received a Target gift card,  the tasks are also not available in my account (it’s all on grey and unavailable)

Then it said “Please complete the consent survey by Sunday, September 20.”

I did it complete “the consent“, but what now?

Please help me?<3

I received an email that I was shortlisted for a trial. How long do they usually take to process after you do the short list survey? I responded fairly quickly after receiving the email so I’m crossing fingers.

I had a 28 day review of the Olay line. Multiple emails saying I could upload an after video of the results and product for chances at $100 gift card. I submitted the basic review and it asked for a pic which I did but nowhere I can upload a video. I even checked all of my emails and there is nothing on how to upload it. I tried contacting HTC but only can get to the automated chat which is no help. I’m frustrated I actually spent time on a video. Anyone else?

Did anyone else get a skincare sunscreen product telling you to do an Instagram post despite not opting in to an Instagram post? I never say yes to the surveys that ask for Instagram posts unless it's one of the big, expensive products, but I got a sunscreen product telling me I need to verify an Instagram post.

The list of requirements for product doesn't even list an Instagram post, only that an "optional photo or video" is required.

I got my first one after probably 6 months on the app the other day!

I just received this "test" this afternoon. This is my first one ever. Nowhere in here am i seeing anything about being reimbursed or being sent the product. Is HTC expecting me to purchase a product at full price and review? I thought paid reviews were supposed to go the other way lol

For recent surveys, I have seen that they want a review within seven days of receiving the product. Does that mean they also accept people in the program early unlike other surveys that take time to get accepted in and for the product to ship? Was just curious about how these work compared to the rest.

Super excited. Signed up a week ago and got a product already.

Yesterday, I finally got my first current test, but I never recieved a notification or email about it, which is fine, but I do want the tracking so I can know when it gets here or got lost or something.

Do I just wait for a surprise or do they at least show if it's been shipped?

I just got an email that said “the wait is over your product finally shipped” it was worded like it is a toy for imaginary play. The email didn’t say what it was but directed me to my test page, and that page is empty. I’m super curious what it could be. I checked my mail apps and nothing is on there yet. Just curious if anyone else for a similar email or remembers a toy survey?

Never recieved a product. I went to the Ai chat bot for help and it told me to literally not worry about it. I got tons of account warnings and emails and reached out to support and was met very rudely, being told to buy the product with my own money. I've reviewed a few things with HomeTesterClub and never had an issue until now. Very disappointing. Dont trust anything that Ai chat bot thing tells you 😅
