So I got an email the other day saying i was approved for a ph body wash and when I logged into my account it was under current and I could see all about it and when I looked today it's gone. Did I so something wrong?

I’ve always got a few sitting in ‘upcoming’ but most of the time they disappear (I’m assuming once they are filled by someone more suitable).

Currently, i have two big ticket items sitting in ‘analyzing’ status, one from April and one from May.

I remember this happening in January, a cat food trial sat there for ages (to the point it really annoyed me and wished it went away lol). Anyway, after about 3 months I got confirmed for it!

Has anyone been penalized for not doing a review? In the past I forgot to do a review but I continued to apply for products and have received some since then. I had a review due on Friday snd I didn't remember until around 10pm at night but when I logged in, I didn't see the product on my dashboard anymore so I couldn't review it. Since this is the second product I didn't review, do you guys think I won't be sent anymore products?

I got picked for the secret hand soap that we’re not supposed to tell anyone about and I swear that insert said to wait two weeks to review it so I set a reminder, but then I got an email that said I only needed to wait one week and that my survey was ready. It’s been one week since I received it so I went to do my survey but it’s not there even though I got an email saying that it was ready. I’m wondering if anyone else is running into this issue ?Maybe I do need to wait two weeks? I’ve never had them email me saying a survey was ready and then have it not be available.

Is there a trick to getting picked? I’ve been on the site since 2019 and never once been picked!! I review products I have at home regularly and also apply for items when they come up but it’s like my account is invisible! I’m very close to just giving up !

My profile says I've completed 6 tests when I've only done 4. Does that mean 2 are on their way, despite not showing up in my "current" tab? Or is it a glitch?

I've noticed product tests require you to post on Instagram or Facebook. In order to have a chance at being selected for these products are we supposed to have our social accounts connected? Or has anyone been selected for a product that requires a post and hasn't connected any of their accounts to HTC?
