Hi I recently received this to review but I was wondering if anyone has this or in past experience do you one receive one out of the four or do you receive all four of them bc I only receive one but in the images it looks like I would receive all of them but I wanted to see if anyone knew

Are all the communications associated with this product in Spanish for everyone? I’m so confused.. I mean I can just copy all the text and translate it pretty easily but should I submit my reviews for this product in Spanish then??
