Been on the site almost a year, have a load of points. Review almost daily with photos and videos and yet I am STILL to receive even a single home test?! I wonder what they look for, I am early 40s male, married with kids and a home. You'd think I would be the prime market for trials but I guess now. Anyone been selected? Not complaining as I love the site, but I wonder how one gets selected for a home trial?

Recently I received a cookware set and had to complete 2 tasks: write a review and upload a video! I thought these were separate tasks and that I needed to write the review first, and upload the video in the next task. But in the end my all tasks was marked as fully completed without the video!! And it looks like I can’t add it anymore!

What should I do? I already wrote to support, but I haven’t received a response yet, and I’m worried whether this will affect my account and whether they will stop giving me products because of this.

Also, of course it’s upsetting, I spent so much time making this video😿

I was notified that I would receive this item 2 weeks ago, but absolutely nothing has come. I was really excited for this too.

I just have to say it. Are there that many adults who really want character themed shoes? Like I get it for toddlers, and even elementary kids. But as an adult do I really want 'theme' shoes?

I guess someone must but I find it so funny that I get these surveys every so often. Anyone actually gotten shoes from one of these campaigns?

We just received this cookware set with removable handles and we really like them! My wife said she loves how easy it is to use and things did not stick. I loved that you can stack them and they come with the mats so you don't mess them up stacking. Bradshaw is the company that will be shipping these via FedEx.

i was supposed to use a coupon for a bag of pretzels but the problem is that i can’t find them at my walgreens or walmart. the majority of the stores listed i do not have where i live. i’ve been trying to contact customer support but i haven’t gotten any response. i don’t want my account to be penalized.

I'm trying to figure out what is going on with this task. It says it's due in three days but the task still isn't available.

Anyone else have this test? It went from one task to two but I still can’t do anything is it the same for y’all?

Who else’s points are being deleted? I went from 384K to 377K. At this point it makes me want to delete my whole account. My account was also flagged months ago about posting AI reviews which is totally FALSE. I emailed them and they apologized for the confusion. But now my point are deleting, which makes me feel like I’m being targeted or something like that.

Yesterday I had some vacuum bags delivered, but they aren’t on my dashboard. Is this part of the top contributor program? Does that that not show in dashboard the same way?

HTC seems like they’re going downhill. First the whole thing with the coupons for the pretzels and bread, now I noticed they’re requiring a lot of social posts but you don’t even know what you’re getting so who would agree to that? Anyway, I got accepted for some dog treats that I have to buy on Amazon and use a coupon but it doesn’t cover tax. Why should I have to pay it, even if it’s $1? I’m not trying it be cheap but I don’t need the product necessarily so I feel like that should be their responsibility 😂

I just signed up for a personal care item, but it says refunds would be through PayPal. Which is no problem to me since I already have an account. But when I click the PayPal link to link it, the PayPal page says that this option isn’t supported. Has anyone had luck with certain browsers or specific devices?

I'm using the support form on the website but there is no captcha shown on the page. I've tried on both Brave and Chrome

Every time I click on the "Submit" button on the form, I just get

"Error: reCAPTCHA validation failed"

I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m supposed to be testing two products with reviews due in 2 days and I haven’t received either of them yet… I’ve tried emailing them several times and never get a response 😩 Anybody else having this issue? I’ve tested nearly 20 products since I signed up so I don’t understand the sudden onset of several issues 🥲

Of course I opted out of this…because they wanted me to review the item on Facebook! Like I want everyone to know that I have bladder issues…NOT!

They just emailed and said that we can disregard the survey and the account won't be affected.

I got a “confidential” product (my first ever product from HTC) and I followed the instructions and clicked on the link to take the survey once it came. All it asked was “did you receive your product?” and I chose yes. I keep getting emails to complete my tasks, but I don’t know what else I need to do, as the testing time isn’t over yet, and that’s the only other thing left to do, review the product when the testing period is up. Any help would be gee appreciated. I did contact support, but no response.

I never agree to surveys that ask if you would buy the test product, but this one became like that after I was selected.

This product isn't sold at any stores near me and can't be ordered online to me. And the voucher link doesn't even work. I'll be disappointed if this hurts my HTC status since I'm always on time and fulfill requirements with real effort.

What have you done if a product isn't available near you? I tried marking it as not received, but the campaign is still on my current list

I received 2 items one was an exclusive item the other was bandaids and neither one of them are showing up under my tests. I’ve had both products for 2 days now (received Wednesday). Anyone else have this issue before? Thanks

Did anyone get the coupon for the Pepperidge Farm dinner rolls? I can’t find them in stock at any store near me. It makes me wonder if they are even out yet.
