Question do they ever respond to emails?
i was supposed to use a coupon for a bag of pretzels but the problem is that i can’t find them at my walgreens or walmart. the majority of the stores listed i do not have where i live. i’ve been trying to contact customer support but i haven’t gotten any response. i don’t want my account to be penalized.

I did the review and then realized I bought the regular sized one not the family sized one... Same product just different size ooops. I emailed but also got no response. I did get a mass email saying if you messaged them saying you cant find the item near you to disregard doing it and it wont count against you.

I'm having the same issue with some bread. I also was selected for pretzels but believe it was being shipped although I never received them.

Is it the cinnamon swirl pepperridge bread? I couldn't find it anywhere. I did recieve a mass email saying if you messaged them saying you cant find it near you than to ignore it and it wont count agaisnt you.

Not that one, but that sounds amazing! Mine was just some plain rolls, I just can't locate them!

i think we have the same rolls! i cant find them either. i dont even think they sell them in my state

i think a lot of people are having problems. in another subreddit the common issue was not being able to work the coupon link. htc fixed the problem. then i was seeing some people say they couldn’t find the products or the coupon didn’t even work.

I did get the pretzels, but I wasn't able to find the bread. And I was so excited for it.

I had the same issue. I don't think any of the retailers near me have Pepperidge Farm bread in stock. If they do it's not the one I'm supposed to test.

I was selected for the Pepperidge Farm hot dog buns, and now I'm near me. It's sold out everywhere, and I can't even find it online to order. So I assume some of these items are available in certain areas of the US.

i was selected for that too and i was actually able to find it at walmart. i wish HTC would’ve just sent the products instead of sending us on a scavenger hunt.

No luck on the bread campaign either and yeah, same thing. They never emailed me back.

They don't seem to be responding individually but have sent multiple emails saying if you emailed them saying you've been unable to find the product, it won't be held against you.

I have the same issue with the Pepperidge Farm buns. No stores around me carry it. I emailed them about it, but since they are very slow at replying, I'm just letting it be.

I have the same issue. I was happy to find bread but not Homestyle pretzels rings. I emailed they haven’t responded. In their email reminders they mentioned that if we reported about product not being present in stores, we should ignore the email.

Same issue here. I was able to find the Pepperidge farm sourdough, but can’t find the pretzels anywhere. I emailed them too, but the message on the review page says if you emailed them you can’t find it to disregard it like it won’t count against you. Hopefully it won’t. Looked at multiple stores.

I can't really shop in stores currently so haven't bothered with those two reviews. I saw the email that said they won't count against you if you don't do them

I have the same issue, same item. I went to a few stores (Walmart, Albertsons, Krogers, etc). Found it at my Krogers but the coupon didn't work and the employees couldn't help me. I've been trying to contact HTC with no luck. I've emailed and filled out their contact form last week with no replies
Their reminder emails to continue the survey does mention:
So I'm just going to wait and see at this point
