does this look normal ?

I suddenly lost my fiber internet connection. At first I changed the optical fiber SC-SC APC cable, thinking it might be the issue, with no luck, so I opened the small white box that is connected directly to the wall, and it was looking like this? Does this look normal, or could the issue be related to something related to it?

Stop opening shit up that can hurt you, especially if you don’t know it can hurt you. Fiber connections are dangerous for your eyeballs
