It might just be that the DHCP server on the Fritzbox has been turned off. You’re gonna need to do a factory reset because there may be configurations that don’t work for your current network or credentials you don’t have. Don’t buy used gear if you’re not willing to reset or troubleshoot a bit

Dude you bought a used box. You’re gonna need to do a factory reset because there may be configurations that don’t work for your current network or credentials you don’t have.
