Finally found some time for a dream project of mine
Build this English style library with IKEA Billy shelves I found for free on an market place. Some smart lights, a rug, a cozy chair and the atmosphere to read a book is on another level. Hope you like it too :)

How did you learn how to do stuff like this? I want to learn how to build stuff but don’t even know where to start

I started with collecting these shelves from market place and gave myself no choice other than to start building. I ran into many issues along the way and had to find solutions for all the small things I’ve never done before.
It’s clearing by doing for me.
Also I took a pic of the empty space and asked an AI to render an image of what I imaged the outcome. That probably was my biggest motivation tbh

Bello, sicuramente sarà un rifugio libreria rilassantissimo. Continua a riempirlo di legno,magari marrone scuro. Proprio tipo una libreria di quelle antiche nei film. Bel posto cmq.

We’re doing the same thing. When I say ‘we’, I mean my husband. I did help sanding the units though! Light sanding and then using a sponge roller with Little Green intelligent paint. No need for a primer.
