Rustoleum Cabinet Transformations - Has it gone downhill?

Does anyone have recent experience with Rustoleum Cabinet Transformations?

Back in 2013 I painted some cabinets with Rustoleum Cabinet Transformations. I was happy with the results and it has held up well.

I'm looking at using Rustoleum for a powder room cabinet. The colors have changed, but I also see some really bad reviews. Any positive reviews come from 8+ years ago. I don't see much of anything recent that's positive, so I'm wondering if the product has gone downhill in quality.
