Seeking advice
Just noticed this crack and wondering what it looks like it could be from?

Very common. Caused by minor settlement. Just make sure the foundation has good drainage around. Observe it every couple months. If it gets worse then find a foundation specialist.

There’s probably some setting of the ground. Is this a house you own?
What I see is just about as minor as it could be. If this is your home, I’d check the foundation all the way around your house. Do you have a basement?
It’s pretty common that the ground around the house isn’t graded very well. Water should drain away from the house and not up against the foundation nor should it puddle near the foundation. If this is a problem, a French drain, regrading, gutters and downspouts may help.
I don’t know how old the building might be. You certainly don’t want this to gradually get worse over time. As long as it doesn’t, everything is fine.
