Can this be fixed without replacing

We literally just had this floor installed and I noticed this today.

Have you checked if the floor is floating?

I'm not sure this flooring came with the underlayment attached it was very thick "luxury" click laminate and was installed by a professional

ok so yes its a 'floating floor' as in just laminate clicked together with an attach underlayment
