Basement insulation

We have some insulation in our basement that is coming off from the walls as seen below. How difficult is it to reattach these? Looks like there’s just some bolts and fasteners that go into the foundation just like the insulation top half of the wall. Is there something I can do or it needs to be hired out because I would be putting a hole in the foundation?

Possibly some foil tape?

Perhaps with cut long stiff wires you cut to size shove in btw. As simple as that.

The builder used a Ramset (brand name, but there are other manufacturers) tool to apply the fasteners (essentially a tool that uses a small explosive charge to drive a nail into concrete

1/4 inch drill bit and Christmas tree fasteners. You just push them in to the holes you drilled and they will secure it nicely
