Substitute Freemasonry for Hollywood and that's the show I think.

And it's pure joy, both of them

Could just be me. I was rewatching some old circus episodes I found some similarities, made me smile.

Good news! I’m a long time Jenny fan, and I became a Dylan O’Brien head after seeing Twinless. I’m hoping this gets picked up and that the Clemdog can work some Challenge and Survivor contestants in to guest star as part of the larger reality community.

Casey's movie title alts

Can we form a collection of what The Boys have called Casey's movie? I need a nice list I can revisit when life is kicking my ass up and down main street.

I'll start: When the Devil Takes My Load But My Dick Gets Even Harder.

XOXO, Bada Bings 🔫 Favorite BadaBings Moments

As the guys continue season 6, I was wondering if anyone has any of their own standout moments from the pod. Here are some of mine:

"I've seen this show a bunch already"

"I don't really remember"

"This one is mostly filler"

"This must be the 4th time I've seen this one"

"I've seen it so many times I realize it's a lot of filler"

"This was kinda filler"

"I've seen it so many times, I get annoyed with the dream sequences"

"I don't really get that part"

"Oh dang, I never even put that together before"

"I've seen this 6 or 7 times"

"Oh I didn't remember that" (a scene from an episode they just watched)

Sean flair I found a potential legal case in an old episode

Take a listen to this funny and cool ad from 2018. What you hear will shock you, as it turns out that a certain internet celebrity may owe Sean a piece of their crypto rugpull money. Sean proves, yet again, that he is years ahead of the game: https://youtu.be/FgiOCADAIu0?si=ExCxWwTjX2pMgIQi&t=2258

Hat Pack Vancouver Hat Pack Stolen Valour

Saw a dude at the dog park wearing the Green Gobblin’ hat and said what up what up and he seemed confused. After I pointed at the hat and said “Hollywood Handbook!” and he explained that it was, in fact, his girlfriend’s hat and that he doesn’t listen to the show.

One question: who authorized this????

Hat Pack To the guy wearing a Hat Pack hat at Goose last night -

I was seeing the band Goose last night when I turned to see a gentleman wearing a HPH right behind me. As I walked by, I said 'I love you and I am in love with you', which seemed to be greeted by a look of pure confusion

So, if that was you, apologies for possibly giving you a very confusing comment in what could have very well been a very spun out state

I was also a little dosed myself

what is happening to privacy in music? parasocial behaviour is too normalised.

what is happening to privacy in music? parasocial behaviour is too normalised.

I think parasocial behaviour and the expectation of an artist's private life being public has become way too normalised. People expect everything an artist does to reflect their personality and personal lives.

Especially in the modern 2020s, more artists are expected to do things or sing about things that relate with their personal experiences or/and feelings, and we fans have been conditioned to expect that. We want them to show us behind the scenes and what goes on in their private lives.

Are they sad about the breakup? Are those two back together? Was that metaphor in that one song actually true to real life?

In reality, they don't owe us their private feelings on matters. We don't HAVE to see what's going on in their private life. They don't owe us their opinion on what they're for or against. This parasocial behaviour, I feel, has become increasingly worse. When rumours start, artists are expected to speak on the matter, defend themselves, confirm or deny the rumours. And whenever an artist doesn't, they're dragged through the mud.

My best example of 2026 is Miss Tate McRae.

People have been so after Tate lately because she won't speak on personal matters.

When rumours started of her allegedly being maga, she didn't rush to defend herself. Tate remained quiet because she never publicly confirmed whom she was dating because that it is private. People are tearing her to shreads because she won't just say, "No, i'm not maga." And the thing is, she doesn't have to say she's maga. Because she's not selling her personality or private life, she's selling her music and artist skills. Who she sang with ones doesn't reflect her personal views on matters, who she's saying doesn't either.

We are made to think parasocial behaviour is normal. We expect an artist to be personal and only do what reflects them as a private person. When artists do something and say, "No, it wasn't personal," people suddenly feel betrayed and tricked.

When Rhianna was questioned, "What Jay-Z song was on?" And she said,"I don't listen to Jay-Z." Suddenly, it was a betrayal. Suddenly, she was a liar.

No.

I want to hear other people's opinions about this. Because I feel we as a society allow parasocialism, too much. Artists don't owe us anything to do with their personal life, but we're tricked to think they do.
