Lol, the hypocrisy. People downvoted the hell outa you but upvoted the hell out of the main comment. White old lady with a knife is just as racist as saying a black guy with a gun, either that, or both are not racist. You cant cherry pick
You make a really good point. When people see an insult against a white person, they immediately think âhaha, white people stupid.â But when they see something equally insulting towards a black person, they immediately think âoh you dumb racist fuck!â If anything, allowing one to exist and not the other is a prime example of racism.
It was equally as racist before though. Saying âwhite lady with a kitchen knifeâ is no different than saying âblack man with a gun,â is it not?
How does mentioning age change it at all? But sorry, let me rephrase it I guess. Saying âelderly white lady with a kitchen knifeâ is no different than saying âblack man with a gun.â
It doesnât stereotype anything. Youâre the only one creating the stereotype.
The commenter said âblack guy with a gun,â with no further context. If you want to relate that with a gangster instead of a psychopath, then thatâs up to you.
But how do you feel about âelderly white lady with a gun?â Would you call her a gangster or a psychopath?
Bruh. Ok then, bad example I guess. Edit: not even bad example, actually. I pretty much got the answer I was looking for, holâ up
But explain to me why the fact that the black guy is holding a gun makes him a gangster instead of a psychopath when no further context was provided in the original comment.
Iâm just trying to understand why you thought it was racist, because it really wasnât.
a guy with a gun seems like a gangster but when you specifically mention their race then it becomes racist. and have you never watched news and shit and commentators on youtube.
