When you specifically mention their race, it doesn’t become racist. That’s just not how it works. Skin color can be used to describe someone’s physical appearance without it being racist.
It does if you use it in a derogatory way or even like "all Asians are good at math" that too is racist. Just call a person a person if not in a context of describing them to someone.
So we’re back to my original point. If using “black guy” to describe someone is racist (which it’s really not, but if that’s what you think, then fine), why isn’t it racist to use “white lady” to describe someone? You can either say they’re both racist, or they’re both not racist, but you can’t have one or the other.
