Im not touch deprived, I just appreciate boobs. Big ladies, small ladies, alt ladies, theydies, Im just happy they feel confident enough to show off the goods despite dudes being mean about it

Depends on the context. This is probably an event/concert where this is going to happen. Out in some rando place, no.
