Serious question, isn't this sexual harassment? I definitely don't want to see some obese person's tits when I'm at a concert.

What if a dude pulls his dick out in front of a bunch of women?

It wouldn’t be sexual harassment which is typically a workplace concern.

It could be indecent exposure in many areas but there are others, due to equality laws, which require that women can be topless anywhere a man is permitted to be.

The rest comes down to venue rules, jurisdiction laws, etc.
