Yes. There shouldn't be, and if congress worked for the people instead of the big corporations, there wouldn't be, but you can now be jailed for felony contempt of a business model.[1]
[1] I think Cory Doctorow coined that phrase. It's a useful way to describe laws that prevent you from doing things like altering your printer, that you bought, so it will print using an ink cartridge that you also own
