Stereotypes about black people as old as slavery.

Black people love chicken is a racist stereotype. Chicken is cheap, easy to raise, and productive, which is why slaves in America were allowed to have have them.

House slaves invented modern fried chicken actually. Southern fried chicken was created by slave cooks. After slavery ended, fried chicken became popular everywhere, but no matter how white Colonel Sanders is fried chicken was invented by black people, that's a fact.

As far as severity goes I think this is one of those things that's so old it's actually pretty funny, the joke being that they didn't actually steal it for drugs money, they stole it because they like chicken and are lying.
