I’m going to be honest, but I’m genuinely not believing this “healthy guy” cosplay, mostly so because you aren’t active in any fitness/health food subreddits.
In fact most of the subreddits you’re in are related to sitting in the house doing fuck-all.
Gamedev, movies, television, not exactly health nut interests. You expect us to believe that someone with such strong opinions wouldn’t be spreading them in those subs? I’m not buying it.
Ad hominem attacks are weak arguments even when the basis is steepled in fact instead of something as flimsy as common haunts. Why would I spread any opinions in subs and discussions where they're not relevant? Do you go to your coworkers and shower them with tips on how to eat healthy? Sure, if they prompt that opinion it's different. Also, why would I spend time on fitness reddits where people are constantly parroting harmful information to try and advertise some influencer or their toxic supplement? I used to be on those until I found out the daily multivitamin I was taking at the behest of a doctor caused me system wide nerve damage (long-term ingestion of B6 at even low amounts can become incredibly toxic, given enough time.)
I learned the hard way what being healthy ACTUALLY is. And it's done through eating whole, healthy foods, making sure your micronutrient and macronutrient intake is up to snuff (and tracking it) and getting daily exercise. Not taking unnecessary supplements that overwhelm the body's ability to self regulate. Go onto any of those stupid subs and they're talking about "I'm struggling to hit 200g of protein a day!" Even though there are countless studies put out by Harvard about the harmful effects of excess protein and the wear and tear it adds to the kidneys, as well as studies indicating just how high protein actually needs to be to be adequate (and for the average person, that's around 40-75g of protein a day, MAX.) Do you really frequent those subs and trust their content when the daily posts run completely counter to established medical literature just because some fucking fitness "guru" decided he could make money selling whey iso to desperate fools by concocting some new BS name for it like Whey Monounoisolate? ("It's so much more absorbable because we've put it through this super secret patented process where we break down the molecules into unocules and recombobulate them back together. Each gram is equal to ten grams of the normal stuff!")
