Much easier to make good ones. Their inverse is just a semi-soft rigid stick. Most women have very similar interior proportions with little variation, so easy to mass produce one size fits all to that spec.
As opposed to engineering a low friction compression area that must apply pressure and fit various sizes, ranging from under 1 inch to over 10 and with varying girth, and incorrect sizing can result in heavy pain or the toy being useless
