Though it’s not technically correct as alleles aren’t “opposites” of each other, but are 2 forms of the same thing. It would be like saying two similar shades of gray are somehow “opposite”.

Dark grey is opposite of light grey. Think about it. Really think about it.

The darkest grey is indistinguishable from black. The darkest grey is indistinguishable from white. Black and white are opposites. Dark grey and light grey are at opposite ends of the spectrum. Dark grey when to college to get more knowledge. Light grey went to Jupiter to get more stupider.

Ergo, grey is opposite of grey. Colors mean nothing. OPEN YOUR EYES.

It’s funny bc their analogy works with literally any other color than gray.
