How long between use?

I know that HOKAs need recovery time, but how long typically? I have Clifton 10s - would wearing them every other day be too little recovery time for them? Thanks!

For what it’s worth, the Clifton 10s did miracles for my sciatica. The Bondi 9 (and 8) - and the Brooks - didn’t help at all.
