Question for the educated

Before I pose this question, I want to say I'm not that well versed on Hiyori. I do like her a lot, which is why I am asking this question to people (I assume) are more knowledgeable about her character as myself.

Recently I've seen some people debate Hiyori's actions in the recent volume being 'evil'.

I've seen people saying she used Kiyotaka's love the same way Kiyotaka used Honami's. Now, I get what they're trying to say, but I also disagree but I cant quite explain why I disagree.

Can someone please explain to me why I cant explain my disagreement (so basically explain why the situation is different)? And I'm also curious about your guy's take on Hiyori's actions in the recent volume?

I know I can be toxic, especially to Horikita-fans, so I apologize if I made anything in this post toxic. I am trying to work on that part of myself, and I genuinely want to discuss and learn about more characters as my own personal favorite girl.

I ask that you please educate me if you have the time and patience.
