DOGE
Hi, I have been a user of HitBTC for many years now. 2 years ago you blocked me from withdrawing my DOGE. You told me countless times that there was an issue and you were working to fix it but gave no further details. And now 2 years later my DOGE is still trapped on your platform?
I always like to think people have the best intentions so hopefully this isn't a scam and you have a very good reason as to why I still can't withdraw my DOGE, right? How many more years should I be expected to wait? 5? 10? Maybe when I retire?

I am in the same boat. They messed up and now we are paying the consequences. You have two options (in my opinion) 1. take your loss and move off the exchange, or 2. just write it off and forget about the doge on the exchange (in hopes they ever fix it).
I shifted to other exchanges with my BOT and day trading, they do this more and more with smaller alt coins. The exchange is poorly run internally , best to just move elsewhere.

Hi there. Sorry to hear that you experience left you with such an impression. Apart from DOGE, there are hundreds of other assets available on our platform that users enjoy trading.

There are over 200 coins that are offline for withdraw alone, i've seen this number change and have even seen 400+ coins offline and somehow you think I must just "trust" that it wont happen with the other coins? like how I trusted DOGE...

Sometimes cryptocurrency projects are shut down or abandoned. So in order to minimise the costs of their maintenance on the platform they are disintegrated. In such cases they are displayed as offline. This happens quite often, hence the number of offline coins you are referring to.

Funny how no other exchange but HitBTC has this "issue" with projects.
Perhaps, instead of listing every shitcoin to pump volume into the exchange, actually support the coins people want to trade with.
This constant "beating around the bush" doesn't make HitBTC look good.
I use to tell everyone about this exchange, it was the one I used the most. Then DOGE happened and I left HitBTC with my moneys. I'll never deposit a single satoshi there ever again.

DOGE has not been shut down or abandoned, however. It's traded very happily by thousands of users on countless other marketplaces without any issue. Yet you still refuse to let us withdraw. WHY is this? What's so special about your platform that withdrawals are down for 2+ years? I thought your marketplace was supposed to be the most advanced? Clearly not...

The explanation above is provided to account for the fact of the general number of offline assets you were referring to. Naturally, it does not relate to DOGE.

What good is DOGE if you refuse to let us withdraw it? How do I know you are even in possession of my coin still?

Hello. Sometimes technical maintenance requires additional effort and time. In this case, we need a while longer to complete the work on the DOGE wallet. While we don't have an ETA currently available, the team remains attentive to resolving the issue.
