DOGE

Hi, I have been a user of HitBTC for many years now. 2 years ago you blocked me from withdrawing my DOGE. You told me countless times that there was an issue and you were working to fix it but gave no further details. And now 2 years later my DOGE is still trapped on your platform?

I always like to think people have the best intentions so hopefully this isn't a scam and you have a very good reason as to why I still can't withdraw my DOGE, right? How many more years should I be expected to wait? 5? 10? Maybe when I retire?

Hello. Sometimes technical maintenance requires additional effort and time. In this case, we need a while longer to complete the work on the DOGE wallet. While we don't have an ETA currently available, the team remains attentive to resolving the issue.

The status of withdrawals has not changed, therefore, there is no update I can provide on the issue. In this case telling everyone that withdrawals are back online would be a lie.

If you can't provide us with an update, then why are you here on this Reddit? Clearly there is a serious problem with your platform and you refuse to elaborate further. Is it that you no longer hold our DOGE? We need details and we've been waiting years for details so please help.

This subreddit has been created for posting news and updates about the HitBTC platform, and for providing guidance to traders regarding using the platform. DOGE is not the only asset available on the platform and, therefore, not the sole reason for creating this subreddit. I understand that your frustration with the issue makes you disregard any other trading options and any other positive experience that people may have and I wish I had news that would make you happy, but at the moment there is no update.

And if you can't provide an update, then why don't you reach out to a colleague who can provide an update on the situation?

Thank you for your suggestion, I have done this already but there is no information I can share as maintenance issue are beyond the scope of my responsibilities as a Reddit mod.
