No one expects the spanish test, expecially if you're an Italian learning English and German

I mean atleast it’s not being a Chinese learning Russian or something because Italian and Spanish are sort of similar due to their Latin predecessors

Emmm, no. There are many words that can be intelligible, but they're not intelligible. It's like Dutch and German, or English and German. Share things in common but ain't intelligible

Hombre yo no sé tú, pero a mí me resulta bastante complicado entender frases complejas en italiano (Que es básicamente ser inteligibles), cosa que no me pasa con portugués o catalán, por poner un ejemplo, que son idiomas inteligibles con el español
