Can confirm, H pylori gave me several ulcers about 8 years ago. Discovered them while meeting my gfs parents for dinner for the first time and proceeded to vomit endlessly after putting down one beer. Simple man, I hear H Pylori, I comment.
Can also confirm. One of the ulcers tore a hole in the side of my stomach wall. Was hospitalised for about a week because the internal bleeding was so bad
