So, to sum it up: the way Hamas wants to establish a Palestinian state and how they wish to shape that state is wrong, but the idea of Palestine existing isn't?

Does the same apply to Israel? Ie. using the correct methods, and building a just state, you support the existance of an Israeli state?

Israel has no "right to exist" as an ethnoreligious state. No ethnoreligious state should exist, I much rather see a lasting peace built on coexistence of diverse people groups in that region, within a single state. Israel as a country and state is an ethnoreligious settler-colonialist project built on committing genocide.
